The Playground Hound gave out autographs to children during a safety presentation.

Chance of showers didn't dampen the spirits of over 100 Manteca resident volunteers, including SLYDE®! They were working to build the John Peterson Memorial Playground.

SLYDE® and Sparkie the Fire Dog give children tips on fire safety and how to play safe on playgrounds. Children received coloring books and story books to help increase safety awareness. Twin sisters pose for a photo with a lovable SLYDE®!

During a break in the game all the mascots that appeared at Mascot Night pose for a group photo. Everyone was there! SLYDE® the Playground Hound joined with Rumble, the Stampedes' mascot, Papa Johns Pizza's, Sparkie the Firedog, McGruff the Crime-dog, the mascot for the Idaho Steelheads, the mascot for Boise State Universities' Bronco's, the Key Bank Key, and the Red Robin from Red Robin Restaurants.

During the celebrity race in which local stars drive a team of dogs down Main Street, SLYDE® got a chance to race. Luckily, he had the help of a special friend who scored a free ride!

Neither snow nor sleet nor Arctic temperatures can keep SLYDE® from goofing around and having fun!

A serious racer arrives back from a long race. These poor dogs look tired! SLYDE® is glad he got to drive the sled instead of pull it.
